Springsteen and the E Street Band album The River was heavily influenced by this band. He wore out their G.H cassette on his way to the studio.The River turned out to be 1980 best album.

I saw them back a few years here in NYC at a club in Manhattan. Great show. Wish they would tour again.

Have been a fan of the Raspberries ever since I "discovered" them in the `Powerpop boom of the early eighties, when the band unfortunately was already history. It's amazing the way they still sound after so many years. Fantastic stuff !!!! Kostas Argyriadis

These guys need to be out there selling tickets, there is still money to be made with their talent. The video from the Mike Douglas Show is incredible, with "Go All the Way" WOW ! No band today could touch them.

There were musician changes at a point, but this original group is THEE best. The MODS from northeast Ohio, which included Jim Bonfanti, Wally Bryson and Dave Smalley (and others), started it all. The MODS were the precursor to The Choir, that lead into The Raspberries. Jim, Wally and Dave of the MODS were the foundation of The Raspberries. The eastside cities of Cleveland, which are Euclid and Mentor, produced this group. That's why Clevealnd is the Rock and Roll Capitol.

Raspberries were a tremendously talented band, with musical genius Eric Carmen crafting songs that sound as good today as they did in the 70's. They were a big influence on many musicians that followed them.

Fantastic. Their performace is still wonderful to me.

This band can hold it's own amongst the greatest rock bands of all time. Sadly,they are vastly underrated. I saw them at Carnegie Hall with the Stories as their opening act and will never forget that night. Their musicianship is almost unparalleled, their harmonies; simply beautiful. They influenced many bands that followed and I wish they would make a new album.

Give it up for the Raspberries!! Yes!
